These are the price ranges for the work itself, so you know before you write back.
- Server build
- $2,400 to $4,500 CAD
- A community that exists but was put together by hand, or one about to launch that needs to open properly the first time.
- Bot build
- $6,000 to $14,000 CAD
- Your members keep asking your team things a database could answer, like stock, bookings, ticket status, standings or availability.
- Keep it running
- From $900 CAD / month
- The bot is live and someone needs to look after it when Discord changes something.

What people ask about the teardown
- Is the Discord teardown really free?
- Yes. We write it, send it, and that’s it. If you want work done after that, we’ll quote it separately. It’s free because it shows what we do better than a sales pitch would.
- What do you need from us to do it?
- An invite to the server, or its name if it’s public. That’s all. We look at it the way a new member would, because that’s what matters most. If the server’s private, an invite that expires in a week is plenty.
- What does the teardown actually cover?
- Five things: how new members are welcomed, how the channels are laid out, what each role and bot is allowed to do, what a bot could answer from your own data, and whether new people can still get in through your invite.
- How long does it take?
- Two working days from when the invite arrives. It comes as a document, so you can pass it on to anyone else who should see it.
- Will you join our server and message our members?
- No. We don’t message anyone or post anything, and we leave the server once the teardown is sent unless you ask us to stay.
- What does it cost if we want the work done?
- A server build is $2,400 to $4,500 CAD and takes a few days. A bot that answers from your own live data is $6,000 to $14,000 and usually takes one to three weeks, with the time going into the data rather than the Discord part. Every one of those is quoted in writing after the teardown, against the specific things it found.
