The problem in one paragraph: what’s broken, missing or slow today.
Who it’s for, and roughly how many of them there are.
What already exists: code, designs or the spreadsheet you’re running it on now.
Hard limits, like a launch date, a platform you have to stay on or a rule you have to meet.
How you’ll know it worked.

We talk through what you need, and we’ll tell you if it isn’t work we should take on.

It comes in writing after the call. It covers what we’d build, what it costs and what the price depends on.

The reply will also tell you which parts of your project are hard.
