The policy

01What this site collects

Only what you type into the contact form: your name, your email address, an optional company name, the project type, budget range and timeline you select, and the brief you write.

Nothing else. The site sets no cookies and runs no analytics. Tracking pixels, third-party scripts and local storage are not used either. With nothing to consent to, you will not find a consent banner.

02Why it is collected

To read your enquiry and reply to it. That is the only purpose. A brief sent through this form is used to assess and scope the work you are asking about.

03What is never done with it

Your details are not sold, rented, or shared with any third party for marketing. There is no mailing list to add you to. You will not get a newsletter, a drip sequence or a follow-up campaign from us. If you do not hear back, the reply went astray somewhere; please write again.

04Who can see it

The person who would do the work. Enquiries are not routed through a sales team or a CRM.

The message travels through the site's hosting provider and its email provider in transit. Those providers process it on our behalf and under their own security terms; neither uses the content of your enquiry for their own purposes.

05How long it is kept

Enquiries that lead to a project are kept for the life of that engagement and for as long afterwards as tax and contract records require.

Enquiries that do not lead to a project are deleted within twelve months.

06Your rights

You can ask what is held about you, have it corrected, or have it deleted. Write to the address below and it will be actioned: deletion within thirty days, and usually the same week.

Cadenic Studios operates from Canada. If you are in the EU or the UK, the same rights apply to you under the GDPR and you may also complain to your local supervisory authority.

07The apps are separate

Scorebug and Delta-V are products with their own accounts, storage and privacy terms. Nothing you do in either app is connected to this site. This policy does not cover them; for that, read each product's own policy.

08Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top of the page changes with it. Earlier versions are not kept.
