01What this site collects

What you send through its two forms.

The contact form asks for your name, your email address, an optional company name, the project type, budget range and timeline you pick, and the brief you write.

The Discord teardown form asks for your name, your email address, your server’s invite link or name, an optional company name, a budget range, and an optional note about the server.

With either form, the email we get also notes how you reached the site, if the address you arrived on carried a campaign tag or you followed a link from another site. That note goes in the email only. It isn’t saved with your enquiry.

The site sets no cookies and runs no analytics. It doesn’t use tracking pixels, third-party scripts or local storage either, so there’s no consent banner.

02Why it’s collected

We use it to read your enquiry and reply to it. A brief is used to assess and scope the work you’re asking about, and a teardown request is used to write your teardown. The note on how you reached the site tells us which link brought you here.

03What is never done with it

Your details aren’t sold, rented or shared with anyone for marketing. There’s no mailing list to add you to, so you won’t get a newsletter, a drip sequence or a follow-up campaign from us. If you ask for a teardown, we send one email to confirm it arrived. If you don’t hear back from us, a reply went astray somewhere, so please write again.

04Who can see it

Wyatt, who’d do the work. Enquiries don’t go through a sales team or a CRM.

Your message travels through the site’s hosting provider and its email provider, and the copy kept for ninety days sits with its database provider. They handle it on our behalf and under their own security terms, and none of them uses what you sent for their own purposes.

05How long it’s kept

Enquiries that lead to a project are kept for the life of that project and for as long afterwards as tax and contract records require.

Enquiries that don’t lead to a project are deleted within twelve months.

Whichever form you use, a copy is also kept in the site’s database for ninety days so nothing is lost if an email goes astray. Then it’s deleted.

06Your rights

You can ask what we hold about you, have it corrected, or have it deleted. Write to the address below and we’ll do it. Deletion takes up to thirty days, and usually happens the same week.

Cadenic Studios operates from Canada. If you’re in the EU or the UK, the same rights apply to you under the GDPR, and you can also complain to your local supervisory authority.

07The apps are separate

Scorebug and Delta-V are products with their own accounts, storage and privacy terms. Nothing you do in either app is connected to this site. This policy does not cover them; for that, read each product’s own policy.

08Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top of the page changes with it. Earlier versions are not kept.
